N'EVER is a way to hear the sound within you, the sound that liberates Soul, that lives where your heart is, the sound that breathes in all sounds, that can immortalize you in true spirit and soul, and a simple metaphor for the music of life. Once you truly hear the sound, you will never be the same.

12 Ways to Hear the Song
Listen to a great, new or favorite piece of music carefully, simply and without interruption.
Practice the art of listening. Listen to people, friends voices and words. Really listen without reacting or acting on the words. Feel the tone or tune of the song, the voices, or the natural sounds.
Practice listening: Try to remember every word that was spoken, or make sure you remember the names of people you've just met.
Chant the word HU inwardly, calmly, consistently, for a short time, and then be silent for 10 minutes. You may repeat the HU about once a minute also. Listen to the HU inwardly or in your singing. Hint: HU is a love song to God and is pronounced like HUE, a deer)
Listen to the Ocean, the wind, the birds, the cars, the engines, the breath, and all other sounds that have HU in them, or listen for the sound in the silence.
Exercise with closed eyes: Sit in a quiet place, or lay on the bed or floor and Listen to the sounds around you, focus on each sound, and then go to the next, listening for each sound. You will find the peace, and you may hear the secret of the sound, the sound underneath all sounds.
Say to yourself not that, each time your thoughts drift from listening, and repeat until a calm comes and the sound begins to be heard, or felt within your being.
Cover your ears (with your hands or under water) and listen to the sound of your body breath and heart. Keep listening, and then uncover your ears, and listen carefully to the sound.
Listen to different pieces of music. Identify the differences in the key, the tune, the harmonic of minor or major sounds, the loudness, softness, fast or slow, and the harmonic unity or disunity. Do not judge, but listen as best you can.
Simply hear the underlying sound in your ears. Listen to the essence of the sound. Let it become you, be you as you are, and let yourself travel on the sound. If you know you can, you will be sure you can.
Imagine the sounds of different cultures of the world, and go visit those place in your mind, (or Soul) and experience the culture as if you were actually there.
Listen with the ear of love, knowing the true sound fills us with light and sound, and is a love song to both ourselves and God. This love is known in the sound, and the sound is in the love.
